Please understand that it is your own responsibility to take the correct measures to ensure that you order the correct product for your make and model for your vehicle. Under the circumstance of special order products, we cannot accept returns and make refunds if you have given us incorrect information. Under certain circumstances, we may be able to refund cost less a re-stocking fee as set out by our suppliers. Please also note that where colours are specified for parts that colours themsleves may vary, and may also change as a result from that appeared on your screen due to the hue and brightness or the calibration of your monitor. The pictures on the product page are for illustration purposes only.

:: DELIVERY
The specified delivery terms do not apply during busy times of the year like: Bank Holidays and Christmas. Parts that are in stock as indicated on our website will usually be sent out in the delivery times indicated in our frequently asked questions section. You must agree not to buy from us and return any such product(s) or cancel the order after seven days according to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs). In the case that the carrier has tried to deliver and the carrier has left a card and the customer has not contacted the carrier in order to arrange a convenient time for delivery we will apply a redelivery charge.

All purchases from this site are guaranteed to arrive with you in the condition in which they leave our store. If you are not completely satisfied on receipt of delivery, an exchange or refund will be offered on proof of purchase.
